Christmas LBD plan :0)

Do you get the books or does everything have to be online? My books have been at the side of me for the last 4 weeks...lol! I'm glad nearly all the foods are things that I like! x

It's all online. I've downloaded the lists and can print them off if I want, so really just like having the books by your side, my laptop is always on so it's easy to go into the file.

oh right, well good luck...well good luck to us all! lol x

Oh I haven't looked at the success express book....I had enough problems with the free and superfree!!Will have to dive into it to see what the difference is. Every day my HEs are the same, semi skimmed milk for my cuppas and 2 slices of wholemeal bread...and I stick to that (then I don't get confused!!:)) yesterday I had an extra slice,(large) so that used up 4 syns. I feel the same as you though, eating something for the sake of it.
There's a thread on here somewhere about drinking lemon juice ( real lemon squeezed into boiling water) I've been doing that replacing a brew now and again.....the first week, and I don't think it made any difference to my weight loss, but some of the ladies said it did, so perhaps it depends on the individual. I don't mind it taste-wise so have carried on with it...every little helps. It's supposed to give you nice skin, so I'm still plump ....,more than plump...but will have a lovely complection!!:happy036:lolol!

Success Express isn't too hard to get your head round. It's basically switching the proportions of your meal from one third superfree to two-thirds superfree and one-third free. Snacks should be superfree, HEs or synned and where syns differ on the red and green plans (eg for a sausage) you must take the higher syn value. You get one or two HEAs and 2 HEBs, like if you were doing red or green.

I had a sneaky peek on the scales this morning and I've got my fingers crossed for a decent loss tomorrow, although my scales never tally with the SW scales and they also give me a different reading depending on which floor tile I put them on, so I'm trying not to get too excited!!!

2lb off for me this week :0)

Well done - great result! x

My first weigh in and I've lost 4.5 lbs. Really chuffed with myself. I know I won't lose that every week but feel it's a great start :):)

Congrats that's an amazing loss!

I lost 1lbs over two weeks, which I can live with (especially since I was quite naughty with takeouts)
Looking to get 7lbs off in the next 7 weeks, making that a 1lbs a week or more if the gods will allow it! :D

Oh! well done Christine!! Great start...better than me, I stayed the same, but! onwards and downwards (hopefully!!)xx

First weigh in and I have lost 3lbs! Happy with that as have had a horrible week with falling down the stairs and breaking my tailbone and being made redundant! x

Talisha any loss is a good loss. I know won't maintain a 4.5lb loss every week but like you I'm aiming for 1lb a week

Thanks Polly. At least you didn't gain. Be good this week

I've been good every week....don't know what happened this week, but there you go,
Sorry about your week SB, hope you're not in too much pain .......good loss for you though x

Thanks. I am ok, loving the painkillers and thermacare back wraps! I am really pleased with my loss x

It seems such a long time till next Thursday.......hopefully there'll be less of me going though . Good luck xx

Oh Brilliant, well done you!! x:clap:

Oh Brilliant, well done you!! x:clap:

Thanks Polly, upping the superfree and superspeed foods obviously did the trick. I'm hoping I can motor on now I'm past the plateau I've been on for a few weeks!

Sharkbait1983 - well done on a great loss. Hope you're feeling better

Spanx - brilliant result

Thanks ladies! It's cheered me up no end, after two weeks of being 100% and having a 0.5lb gain, then a STS - so glad I persevered. I think that I'd fallen into a bit of a rut with the same foods and that, although I was 100%, my body had got used to the foods and routine, so shaking it up a bit did the trick.

Hope everyone has a fabulous week x
