Chunky Dunking, taking the plunge and losing the flab!

Totally was his fault. Trying to be good today!

Plan:
Breakfast: Special K (5) and a banana
Lunch: Spinach, Turkey and Pickled onion salad
Dinner: Ham and Cheese (HeA) omlette with salad and maybe beans if hungry when I get home

I've also got a punnet of grapes to snack on!

Think today will be better, not wiping out Syns completely as will probably rebel if I do, just can't be doing without my special K! :)

That looks like a yummy day of food.

Have you ever tried a baked bean omlette? I know, it sounds icky but its tasty and really filling. You just mix the beans in a jug or bowl with your eggs before putting it in the pan.x.x.
 
Really, sounds so odd! Might have to give it a go! I suppose there's no reason it wouldn't work, we all know they taste good together!

It's yummy (especially with cheese) There's the added advantage of then bean sauce not going EVERYWHERE too, pet peeve haha
 
Gorgeous girlies I have a confession to make/ I ned your advise - Boyf has offered to take me out tonight, and we're getting a mini-chinese tomorrow for chinese new year (homemade rice though, just some sauce and a meat dish) would it be acceptable to flexi-syn 2 days in a row, and start afresh in February? I'm struggling at the moment so think a few nights (2) off - but not completely - will help me and I can start a the start of the month with no cravings and a clear head. But I also don't want to be giving myself an excuse. Help!

I would say that if you think that in 2 days you will be able to start afresh then go for it, but I've not been very successful so maybe await the Dino chicks advice lol :) x

I would say have your 2 days off. Your not technically supposed to do more than 1 flexi syn day a week so maybe even just try mindful eating. You know what is high/low syn and free/superfree food. Now you have thought about having 2 days 'off' if you changed your mind and decided to be 'good' there is a chance you will rebel and end up eating more than if you had just had the meals off (hope that makes sense).

Do it, accept that it may result in a gain but with a new commitment for feb. What is life without a few days holiday?!

Oh isn't he just lovely? :)

I was half good, half bad last night, but I'm happy with that. I had a free mugshot and some fruit before boy got home so I wasn't overly hungry, we went to Matalan and I had a cookie and ice cream with a few bites of boys pizza, glad I had something before we left or I'd probably have had a pizza and dessert!
Today my plan is;
Breakfast: Fruit salad and a muller light
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and spinach with a packet of velvet crunch and a banana
Dinner: We're getting a chinese

So again, a half good, half bad day, boy's signing us up for the gym today, so hopefully will be doing the induction soon and then I'm all good to go, I'm feeling really positive about having a new start, think it'll kick me into gear as I tend to be really good for the first 3 or 4 weeks and then I slip up, so new start might mean 4 great weeks!

He really really is. LIKE REALLY! haha I never really liked him too much with that Loki hair but he was rather pleasant with a normal 'do

Its great that when you know you are going to be having an off plan meal that you are still food optimising the rest of the day, rather than writing the whole day off :)
 
Great day foodwise today!

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and mushrooms
Lunch: Fruit salad, mullerlight, a plum and a packet of velvet crunch (4)
Dinner: Pitta pizza with mushroom, ham and pinapple and another fruit salad with muller light

Lots of fruit, not many veg, but I'll take what I can get at the mo!

Wont get a chance to update tomorrow so here's the plan:
Breakfast: Special K (5) with almond milk and frozen summer berries
Lunch: Quorn chicken salad (spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrot shavings) and onion crispies (2)
Dinner: Beef stew (maybe a few syns if I use gravy to thicken it, but not more than 3, with lots of veggies and a side of wholemeal toast

Off to the gym tomorrow too! Wish me luck! I am back! :)

Sup lovelies!

Good day food wise yesterday but skipped the gym as it's * week and I feel like someones kicking me in the stomach - joy!

Plan for today:
Curl in a ball, cry, uncurl as pain will have gone, re curl when it comes back suddenly *probably when on the phone to a customer*
Breakfast: Special K (5) + Half HeA milk and a plum
Lunch: Leftover beef stew (2) with fruit salad and mullerlight for afters
Dinner: Wholemeal toastie (Ham and Cheese with grape - 1/2 HeA and 3 Syns for the rest of the cheese) with a spinach salad

Oh dear i've had that the last few days and do not envy you that at all :cry: My eating has been shockingly bad, all i ate yesterday were biscuits, all day! probably enough biscuits to go over my calorie intake, but just biscuits :eek: Have you got hot water bottles and some painkillers hun xx
 
Everyone seems to be * this week! I ate so much yesterday, but mostly good food! It's weird how we crave certain things with it, I normally really want stuff the week before (guess that explains my last week!). Unfortunately I'm sitting int he office, no hot water bottle and my drugs ran out on Friday (I even went to a Boots this weekend and forgot to get any!) I've sent boy a text so he'll get my some at lunch, just gotta wait till 1:30! in the meantime - *dies*.

Annnnd my day plan has changed already - mainly as I went to have my special K, poured it all out and then realised the milk was off! So I've saved myself 5 Syns and half my HeA! Therefore breakfast was fruit salad and a mullerlight, lunch will be beef stew (2), I've got a banana if I get hungry later, and dinner is being changed to an omlette (Ham, spinach and cheese - HeA), baked beans, green veg and some SW chips (BBQ Sauce 2Syns). 6 Syns leftover. :)

Free Syns were spent on white chocolate buttons - not wasted I tell you that - delicious!

Unoifficial WI says I've lost 1.5lb this morning, and not officially weighing in till Friday, so hoping for another lb at least before then! Not bad for * week!

Plan for the day (other than swimming in a sea of less pain!)
Breakfast: Special K (5) I will eventually start having no Syns for breakfast, but it's just SO yummy!
Lunch: beef stew (2) again with a plum and a banana
Dinner: Birdseye chicken burger (4) in a wholemeal roll (HeB) with cheese (HeA) and bacon with no fat on with either a mugshot or some SW chips and veggies

2 Syns above goal, but still within the 15 limit, good day me thinks, but why is there always so much of the working week left to go?!
