Top tip is to keep your fluids up!! Will help with feeling satisfied.
I like all 3 flavours of bars. I try to take small bites and chew lots to make them last longer and try to make myself feel fuller!! Belvita biscuits are also a good meal bar substitute. For shakes I have choc, strawb and mocha. Only really drink them on work days, on weekends I have the Belvita biscuits for breakfast, as nice to sit down with my boyfriend for something to eat.
Can highly recommend all the snacks as well. If you follow the 321 and have all your snacks, you're actaully eating every couple of hours, so that helps too!
