So whats the plans today!

Havent got a clue lol
I feel better now, yest was so out of it and very stressed.. think college on sunday all day didnt help!
May go for a walk with the kids, take em to a park or summat!
No idea on the whole food today... I got some of them Pagen Krisp Rolls yest - very nice so may have them with some lc and salad for lunch
Dinner I have no clue!! lol

So went for a lovely walk around the park today, has a huge lake and walked that and some!
Have eaten today
Mullerlight and Tea
Pagen Krisp Rolls with, LC, Ham and Cucumber
Pork Chop with Cauli, Brocolli, Carrot and Peas with teaspoon apple sauce (1 syn)
Strawberries and Raspberries with the quark and sweetner - and a meringue 2.5 syns
3.5 syns today! ​
