I STS this week tbf I aint bothered.. AF came yest (cow she is - im pooped atm!)

Going out this eve for drink and some food then straight back to it tomm :)

Im so annoyed with myself!

I cannot get back on and into this whole diet thing!

Iv been a bit bad each day since friday - AF is finally disappearing but Im still really bloated and BLAH!

Im gna try my hardest from tomm but I aint holding my breath for anything this week esp a loss!

Need a firm kick up arse! TSK!

You're so close hun! I know it's frustrating but get back on that horse. Now that AF is gone don't let her take over and sabatoge you! Hope you do ok tonight and not too much damage.

I gained 1lb last week and pigged out after WI so had to be good this week and drop down to 5-7 syns a day to compensate for it. Bloody hard week it was on that amount, too! I'm at the point (as I'm sure you are) that I can't really afford any slip ups or they show on the scales!

hi Claire, it's a struggle sticking to plan a lot of the time as my motivation is waning. BUT I'm determined to get there and I know you are too! So really go for it this week hun, write everything down, up your exercise if you can, cut back a teeny bit on syns and eat those superspeed foods.

You know how it works cos you've done so well so far. Look forward to checking back next week and seeing you post a loss!!!!

Well I now have my first wedding dress fitting on the 12th Dec so I gotta try and shift at least half stone by then! So I think I may have a gain this week as been a bit wobbly but if a lb I can deal with that and then hop to is from tomm!

So SS foods and more fruit veg etc!

So wish me luck ladies

now that is a great incentive!! Just think how fab you are going to look in that dress. 7lbs is achievable if you really stick to plan so good luck and go for it:)

Morning All!

Well I went and had my swim and boy Im paying for it today - I havent swum for 9 mths and my god my arms and neck are hurting!!

BJ, nah I do eat fruit and that in the middle but I write me food list in the morning!

I also had 2 Alpen Lights, WW yogurt and an Apple yesterday!

Today the plan is

Alpen Light and Tea
Banana
Yog
Pasat (Passata, Peppers, Sweetcorn, Mushrooms and Bacon) Melted Cheese on top and grilled!

Going to Bluewater today too! xxx

Well weekend was ok, doing really well until Pual decided he wanted a chinese on Sunday night (I had a small bit of rice and 2 chicken balls but still grrrrrr!!)

Otherwise back on now and hoping that all ok to get the lb off that gained lol

Wnat to go swimming again this week too!

Making Lentil Soup for lunch as we spk and will be the same for tomm lunch too!!

So Im still feeling sick - nearly 3 days now - that aint normal.. I had soup and stuff so trying to fill up on good stuff!

CANT face swimming so just chilling and hoping all comes good! Heehee!
