Take an alpen light bar or two in your bag and snack on those..... or try have a big meal before you go.

Well I have been good! I had a few Tortillia Crisp things but that was it

I took a pitta with LC and salad in and it was lush

Im plsd with myself as there was loadsa bad food I could have had

All in all a good day
