Well I had a veggie bake thing - was lovely and very filling! Goodo!

I have 1 Alpen Light left as my HEXb so will have that with Tea later

Had a packet of crisps today... so 7 syns and had a Crispy bar thing so thats my syns!

Dont worry about your 1lb , it will be gone by next week im sure.
You can not buy the hifi bars in shops as far as i know. Sorry.

No Claire, you can only get Hifi bars from group but I stopped buying them as I preferred 2 Alpen lights as one HEB than one Hifi

I have been to see HSM today for Molly bday party - oh to be young again!

Went Frankie and Bennys and had chicken and jacket pot (hexb) did have some popcorn at teh cinema but ho hum aint done too bad

Well still being good so hopefully that lb has come off and another will come with it

Im so tired today and I have college all weekend again

Dunno what Im going to do about food this weekend tho :/ Hmmm we shall see! xx

how about making mini quiches ..they are sooo good cold too with some salad ..i just put onion, peppers and sliced mushroom in muffin tray 3 eggs seasoned and whisked ..about 20 mins in oven ..free food ..yummy

just thought i would post to let you know i got a bendy one in TK max they dont stick like usual trays ! I have a batch made at all times in the fridge great to snack on
