I'm still unsure about EE, I don't think I eat enough meat to make it worthwhile but it's something I will probably do occassionally
 
I think if you aint a meat eater then no point! I have been a bit converted!! Im sticking with EE yh :)

New Week :)

How exciting....

I am well up for this now, I have my new sports stuff and got another adidas top this morn :)

I am motivated diet wise and fitness wise. I really want to try and lose the pouch I have from having the kids.. I know it wount go completely.. but reducing it would be fab!!

I think I am obsessed by tea - but maybe coz it warms me up lol

I am going swimming wed night as I got a free pass to the Hilton Hotel near me (livingwell fitness place) So me and mate going! Wooowooo!!

I am aiming for 2lb this week as I will then get into the next stone - so keep me going pls!

Off we go ppl!!
