TMI warning - Poo!!!
Ok, so I've not mentioned this before, but, I just have to ask now.
Since I've started (doing 810) I've not been constipated or anything. But, the bars make my stomach rumble, not in a hungry way, but in a maltitol goes right through me, kinda way!
I keep feeling like I need to poo, but when I go, its, well....more like jelly. Is this normal or am I rotting from the inside?!
