What is wrong with me? seriously can't stop thinking about pizza. I swear if it wasn't for the fact my cdc weighs me, id probably go get one on my way home. *sigh*
 
I was like that on Saturday, couldn't get my head straight at all! Got sent to bed by hubby for a lie down as had proper tantrum and after my sleep I felt ok again. Hope it passes xxx
 
I got my period again today. And by that I mean, I had it at christmas, then for 2 weeks after I started this diet, then it went away for a few days and now its back. And because I have pcos, I have absolutely no idea when my "real" period is supposed to be because I only get my period once in a blue moon. So, not sure if I'm just hormonal, but I want to eat absolutely everything.... :(

Did you knock yourself out of keto when you had your treat? Maybe that's a reason you're craving again.

I only ate chicken tikka. Cant have been many carbs in that, I used to eat it on Atkins. So guessing it was ok?
 
Oh thats not too bad, unless you add all the other carbiness like rice n naan etc

Didn't have anything with it apart from the salad. Just having a stressful month at work and this constant period crap is really taking its tole! Goddam ketosis!!!
 
Oh Hun, hope it gets better soon. I hope my PCOS isn't gonna start playing silly ******* too....I don't fancy another period!! It was longer than normal this time. Mind you what is normal? Lol...I can't remember the last time I had regular periods! Lol!
It doesn't help that I just want to eat everything in sight at TOTM too! Someone needs to cut us some slack. We are trying to lose weight but our hormones want to eat, how can that be fair!!

Ah work is just crap this month. I work in an accountants and the 31st of Jan is all the tax deadlines. Mad rush and everyone falls out. Mainly because certain people have spent the last 8 months fannying about and not doing their work, and leaving it all til the last minute and buggering off and leaving it for everyone else to sort out. RAGE!!! Pmsl!

Between stress and totm I want to eat everything. Not even because I'm particularly hungry, just because I want to comfort eat. I'm good at comfort eating, its what I do, sorry, USED to do!

Havent gone off plan or anything, just venting about it on here, to myself.
 
Just shows how strong you are to stick to this with all that going on! I have one little barmy and feel like crying into a bag of doritos!
Asif it isn't hard enough we have our lovely female hormones to contend with, joy joy joy!
Positives thou : you are 2 lbs off your first target and you will be slim and sexy by summer when all the accounts are out of the way.
 
Having a cuppa and trying to be a pillar of support to a friend who's just found out her son is self harming. Its been a long, long day. Generally I'd have opted for biscuits, sweeties, chocolate, junk food and alcohol.

However, a cuppa and then bed seems like the much better option.

God, sorry, I'm a bundle of joys today! lol! Spreading the happiness! :p
 
TMI warning - Poo!!!

Ok, so I've not mentioned this before, but, I just have to ask now.

Since I've started (doing 810) I've not been constipated or anything. But, the bars make my stomach rumble, not in a hungry way, but in a maltitol goes right through me, kinda way!

I keep feeling like I need to poo, but when I go, its, well....more like jelly. Is this normal or am I rotting from the inside?!
 
i think it's probably normal - i definitely have more liquidey moments than i'm used to!

it settled down for me after a bit.

Bars can make you verrrrrrrrry gassy so beware ;)

Yeah, I definitly feel gassy. That, along side the *ahem* runny poo, isnt a good combination.

Going to lay off the bars for a bit. I always have one as my nighttime treat so when my BF is stuffing his face with crap, I feel like I'm not missing out. Thankfully he's working tonight, so I'm going to have a hot chocolate with my tetra I think.

On a side note, for my dinner tonight, I had a "fry-up"! And by that I mean I had a quorn sausage, quorn bacon and an egg, with some cabbage instead of onion! Was actually quite tasty! The quorn bacon smelled like frazzles!!!

Sorry for all the SSrs who just had to read that!
 
Ooo I didnt know quorn did bacon, something to look forward to in the long term!
 
Hubby is eating pizza....I want to kill him! Your fry up sounds fab. Only 9 more weeks till I step up!! Xx
 
It tasted nothing like bacon really. But it smelled lovely. Had it with low carb heinz tomato sauce! The quorn sausages were actually quite tasty and I wasnt expecting them to be. Texture slightly thicker than cinema hot dogs. Nice with the tomoto sauce!

Pizza is absolutely my biggest weakness in the whole world. It is my favourite thing to eat. Its all I've been thinking about for a week! lol!
 
Mine too.....to the point where I wan to wrestle him for it now!! The more he sits next to me tho, the easier it sort of gets! Xx
