Afternoon! Low GI'n it up today! WOO!!! :p

B: 2 slice of nimble bread with low fat cottage cheese
S: Muller light coconut and choc yogurt
L: Fudge porridge, melon chunks
S: Cuppa soup
D: roast veg with some sort of turkey or chicken delight! See what Asda has on the way home!

Morning! My menu today is a bit ar*e for elbow - working a late shift so its all higglty pigglty, but here u go anyway:

B: Roast veg, mediteranean cous cous and sweet chilli chicken
L: 2 Slice of nimble with low fat cottage cheese
S: Melon chunks
D: Chicken cuppa soup with croutons

Lol! See, all the wrong way round! Breakfast was mighty tasty tho! :D

Hello my lovelies! Yeah, it was probably a bit much for breakie - but it was delish - and I've not felt particularly hungry all day since.

No idea what to have for dinner tonight when I finish work. I was going to have a stir fry, but I opened up Vicky's diary for a catch up and now all I want to eat is junk food! lol!

I pass several chinese and indian take-aways on my way home!
 
I used to have the same Claire, there was an Indian takeaway on the corner by some traffic lights and every evening I'd be waiting there thinking, god I love that smell, I want some :)

Hi GI'n it today! No idea what to have for lunch - I quite fancy a greggs, but everything seems to be 500 calories, so I've no idea what to eat!

B: Honey cheerio's with skim milk
S: Alpen Chocolate & Fudge bar
L: Chicken cuppa soup with croutons - roll of some sort perhaps
S: Muller yogurt
D: Chicken noodle stir-fry

Thanks people! I'm swithering about whether to have my fat day tomorrow because I'm off for the holiday weekend and my bf is off tomorrow too.

Got a 4 hour hairdresser appointment tomorrow (long story lol), gotta go harass my bank manager, possibly go to the tattooists and go shopping.

Sounds like a day where eating convenience food would be the easiest option. However, not sure if I want to give up my saturday vegging out with junk food option. Ah, cant decide! Will see how I feel tomorrow morning I guess.

Anyone got anything exciting planned for the weekend?

I've got all the above and the opticians on Saturday. Exciting stuff! :p

Hehe! Its pretty straight forward now I've got the hang of it.

2 days where I eat no carbs, except my "free veggies"
2 days where I eat no carbs execpt legumes and fruit, or oatmeal. I'm also allowed 2 slices of wholemeal bread if I fancy it.
2 days where I eat Hi-Gi - pasta, bread, rolls, potatos etc

I can also eat as many "free veggies"

And then one day of eating crap! lol! :p

Speaking of that, today is my fat day! *YAY*

Will I be mean and post my menu? Ah, why the hell not! haha!

B: Two cinnamon & rasin bagels with fried bacon and cheese slices
L: Cinema food - probably popcorn or nachos
D: Chinese - I'm thinking salt and chilli everything!
S: Chocolate donughts, chocolate vieneese whirls, mars celebrations and pringles.

I might eat more, I might change my mind and eat other stuff - but thats the plan as it stands so far! lol! :D

Oh, and I lost 2.2lbs this week! I really thought I was in for a gain, and was feeling so disheartened about this diet yesterday - but I'm a very happy bunny today! Really savoured my bagels! lol!
