Ouch to the head - i get stress headaches and need to have massages to sort out. Also discovered that nurofen helps but paracetamol doesn't . Hope you can look after self and indeed find new job if that's what you want

At least you're doing lots of good stuff to make a new job happen - all the training, registering with agencies, and make sure you ring them once a week just to check and say hi - front of mind and all that.

I agree with Katie - nurofen is my drug of choice - had a blinduing headache after my nap yesterday, but nurofen sorted it.
