Ok, so im back. Between the flu, the endless sugary medicine, lozenges, and the last week of eating absolutely anything I could find, I'm back to my starting weight of 214lbs. lol! You can tell my lack of surprise!
So.... I'm strict atkins induction for the next couple of weeks and take it from there. Not decided what to do after that, but I'll worry about that when the time comes.
So today my menu has been:
B: I was asleep - was partying last night (someone had to drink all the pear cider!)
L: 3 jamie oliver sausages with cabbage and mayo
D: Chicken, cauli, courgette casserole
S: the other 3 sausages I had cooked.
Hoping for a good loss this week because im secretly trying to convince myself that most of my weight gain is water. But I really know it was chips, chocolate and chinese takeaways.
