Heya

Last night was curry night. Everything I had was legal Ish except after a v.long day in work which was totally chaotic so no time To eat I had half a naan. Don't feel too guilty, was first bread I've had this year n felt I earnt it after the running about I'd done.

No food in ATM so need to swing by the shop on the way to work in a bit. Really fancying yoghurt n banana ATM. I might have it today n then back on the wagon from tmoz.
