Well normally i'm not that into fruit. Had a craving for fruit n yoghurt about a month ago and it's still there so i've stuck with it. Yes, when i was on leave i also ate crap along with that n gained the 12lbs in 3 wks but hopefully back on track now. My atkins times are still coming into play doing the SW type thing. I tend not to bother with the low fat side of things and v.rarely have bread, tata's etc. I only tend to snack on fruit. I'm feeling pretty chuffed with myself to be honest n yes i realise that most of the 8lbs lost this week will probs be water but some of it must be flab too. Hopefully it'll keep going in the same direction this next week...
