I'm normally the same jim which is what totally threw me. I've looked up the side effects of the amitriptaline I take n apparently it can cause sensitivity to uv so that have not helped

Yeah I defo think it may be related jim as I was only outside for an hour or two n although I was naughty n didn't have suncream on I wouldn't normally burn in April to certainly this degree

I've managed to move away from cold calamine lotion to cold aloe gel. It's a lil itchy still though. Hope it doesn't peel!
