Morning Jim, morning Bren
Aww poor you Jim with your burnt swede! My peeling has finally finished and didn't burn yesterday when i went out down the riverbank. Only ran about 2 miles on n off with walking. It was scorchio down by the river and my hayfever really was a bind
I try not to push things too hard when outside running cos of the shinsplints i got in the forces. They very easily come back when doing road running. But (touch wood) i'm ok today on that front, a little achy but nothing too painful.
Just been down to the market and stocked up on fruit n vegs. Got some brown rice too so i intend on cooking some up later on and roasting some vegs to lob in with it for my dinner at work tmoz. 0700-1800hrs tmoz.
Tea last night was salmon fillets (2 x v.small ones), iceberg, cucumber, 3 new tatas, 1/2 uncle bens micro mexican rice n salad cream. Was quite tasty and needed it as had only had a narna n lots of fluid all day till then.
Tonights tea will be the same.
Sunny again here today but hazy so don't think there's much point in sunbathing really.
Got to turn my hand and attempt a spot of sewing on the new kit i bought the other day to adapt it slightly. Should be interesting as i've not sewn since school and even then i was rubbish! Good at cross-stitch but that's about it.
What's everyone up to today??
