Cant lie down.. my sister gave me a pep talk last night and I have a list of things to do .. have managed 3 of them so far.. But on the list is apply for new job! Found 3 I can apply for online but I am never motivated to sit and fill them out.. Will finish tidying lounge, do my bills then tackle that one.

I'll get through as much as I can today, and should be done in a few days (instead of having 10 nice tops from e.g. Next, I had 100 from Primark )

I'm going away next Saturday and it would be lovely to have it all done by then, ha.

Hehe, I don't think I could do SW with all the Syns and red/green days!
I'd get confused!

I'm thinking of moving onto WW Core plan when I've had enough of CD, probably when I've got a stone-ish to lose. (My ticker isn't quite accurate, I want to be a size 8 bottoms and don't think I'll manage that by losing just another 19 lbs.)

Honestly SW is so easy and I find it less restrictive than WW - but a WWer wouldnt agree with me Im sure. I've never been on a diet before (god knows why I didn't do it years ago!) and its soooooooo easy - if I, me, Miss diet virgin can do it someone with the willpower of a CDer can do it with their eyes closed! xxx

nooo SW is far easier to understand once its explained than going to the Wibbly Wobblies. size 8...dont even think i was that at birth lol

Hehe, I dont think I'll ever be anything like an 8 on top though...
I've lost 20lbs and my chest has shown no signs of shrinking so far!
So I don't think anyone will be getting my size 14 tops anytime soon

My old English teacher was on SW and I know she loved it, cause she could have pasta and tuna and sweetcorn whenever she liked

Just to say thanks to Emski - the tank top and brown top fit like a dream, the shorts are a tiney bit snug - but only a ickle bit, and the jeans....................... go nowhere near being able to get on never mind do up - hehe! thanks ems, you're a star as always xxx
