Food update Went food shopping so didnt have the tea originally listed. Got some good bargains my tea shouldve cost 2.00 but I paid 20p Food today Breakfast 1x weetabix 2pp Milk 4pp Lunch Pasta 4pp cucumber and tomatos Yogurt 3pp fresh berries 0pp Tea - spinach and lentil dahl - 2pp (amazing value!!!) This was the 20p meal too! Bought two pots. And also reduced price fresh mango 0pp I love a bargain. Eat natural nut bar 30g 5pp Snacks - half a banana 0pp crackers and butter 6pp Daily total 26/37. Weeklies 11/49

Just had a sneaky weigh in.. weighed in last thurs at a disgusting 16.4, my heaviest ever weight..
Started ww last Friday and im now 15.10 !! Wonder if I can lose anymore by tomorriw?!!! 8lb down in 6 days!
Yeah Tesco finest, ita not a proper dahl.. its like a soupy dahl! il upload a photo. Only 2pp !

It was so yummy! Having it again for tea! I saw the aunt bessies dumplings.. I will get them.when.on.offer I bought tesco's own yorkies and they work out to 1pp each. Didnt put potatoes this time so using the pp on them instead looking forward to when I have the dumplings! XxMmmmmmm I LOVE Stew but couldn't not be having Dumplings! Which Yorkies did you buy? Weetabix is good value for 3pp as its quite filling I expect. X

Definately, it feels so naughty allowing myself a little bit of what I fancy. The massive difference is, its a little bit and not a huge binge! Ive really cut down on the bread (used to eat alot of thick toast and sandwiches) and my stomach has gone down.so much, dont feel bloated anymore, its a great feeling
Awwwww that's such good news! I hardly ever eat bread these days as I think it's a waste of pp! I'd rather have Melba Toast or Jacket Potato! I did treat myself to Tiger Bread at Goal but even then i portioned it out and didn't go silly. A little bit of what you fancy does you good is so true! X
