i hate being a woman.
i have gone back to treadmill running and i am eating so well
1/2 is not too bad in the big scale of things, iwas just so depressed yesterday, if i had not prepared post weigh in tea, i think i would have gone through the drive thru.

I'm back around to * week too so expect a gain this week. I felt like I ate all day yesterday (all on-plan) but when I've looked back I don't actually think it was that bad. Anyway, I suppose the trick is knowing the cycle and knowing that a * week blip will be gone the following week.
