Morning everyone. Well I really tried being a vegetarian but last night I had the worst indigestion ever. Lots of pain, couldn't breathe and felt like I just ate a hugh Christmas lunch. My stomach was sooo bloated. Didn't really eat much but did have a few glasses of champagne, maybe that's what did it?
Don't know why but have really gone off meat so may just eat fish and veg for awhile and keep carbs lowish.
