My wii age has gone up. Hows that? Ive been training. Booooo
My right wrist hurts now too. Again haven't done anything to it. Think its maybe a tendon thing this time as its worse when I stick my thumb out, so I'm gonna stop doing that.
I've got such a headache. My mam has been thats why. She always shouts at my dog for barking a little bit. I could punch her sometimes. Glad she's gone. Sounds mean I know but no one here has met her, you are all so lucky.
I'm just gonna chill and hopefully the headache will go away. Hope everyone is having a happy friday x

Yeah I managed to get back to sleep until 8am. No headache now, so all is good.
We've been tidying the garden and cleaning the BBQ as it's hubby's birthday next sat so thought we may as well get everything sorted early before people come over for the BBQ.
Also had a lovely long walk together with the dogs. It was nice as John often works sat mornings, so nice to do the walk with him.

Just a quick peek in to say hello.
My MiL is out on the town tonight so I'm going over to her Mam's to help her get ready for bed. Taking the doggies of course. John's not coming as he's playing hockey with his brother.
I attempted to make a low carb chocolate cake earlier with soya flour. It wasn't great. I'll try and get hold of some almond flour I think that would be much nicer, then I will try again. If it doesn't work I'll just buy John a birthday cake and I will just not have any. Simple as that

I'm gonna look at getting a coffee grinder and making my own flour as it's probably cheaper in the long run, and will do for my flax as well.
Just need to look around for a goody.

I've been so lazy today. Hardly walked any where and no wii fit. Have to get back on it tomorrow.
Also ate 3 sf jellys. I just wanted to eat so went for a safe option even though John has chocolate in the cupboard so I suppose I did ok.
Has anyone watched that Ruby programme on Style? Does anyone like it? I found myself watching a few episodes but mainly because I couldn't believe how badly she came off. Everything was about her and her needs and her journey. Ok she's had a hard time, especially losing weight understand that. But she goes on and on about herself. I just wanted to slap her in the end. I have no idea why she has a show.
Anyway, another week begins tomorrow. Lets hope its a good one
