I made the cream cheese pancake today and we are SO ready for pancake day now.

I thought they might end up tasting like an omlette but they were like less stodgy pancakes. The batter was pretty liquid but I managed to make proper thin pancakes and drop scones.

My DH and I have cultural issues on how to describe pancakes (he's scottish) - according to him I made crepes and pancakes.

Love a buttery, used to live in Aberdeen.....I know the ways of the wicked butterie, and thins the baker on the way home from the pub!!
