Losing 1-2 lbs a week can be so demotivating it's true seems like it will take forever to get to where u wanna be but if u look at it in 12months as you've said you can see where it can get you :)

I havnt bloody stopped all day so ive only had one proper meal! I had a tin of beans for breakfast, 3 melba toast (0.5 syns each=1.5 syns) with cheese, onion and tomato on for lunch and for dinner I made chicken korma and tikka spears (free from iceland... they are gorgeous!) with a salad and some egg fried onion and mushroom rice. Going to get stuck into some course work so just a quick one =] xxx

Hey Guys!
Had a really good weekend, i was an absolute slimming world angel :) Im getting weighed in tomorrow because I cant make it to my usual on thursday because Im going to a concert! 2 days early than what I normally get weighed YIKES! Fingers crossed id have lost a couple of pounds!
Today I had an apple for breakfast, for lunch I had a tin of mackeral in tomato sauce (im obsessed with these at the min!) a bowl of my home made soup (its fabulous! fried onion, butternut squash, carrots, tin of chopped tomatos, 2 tsp of corriander, 2 tsp of parsley, 1 tsp of garlic and some salt and pepper, boil it for 40 mins and blend! i could eat the whole pan full!) and for dinner i had fried frozen chinese vegitables with chicken breast and smoked bacon and a weight watchers yogurt and ive just had my chocolate fix of a curly wurly (6 syns)

Hey guys sorry I havnt been on for a few days!
I wasnt well on Tuesday. Ended up getting sent home from work so I went to bed and didnt go to weigh in so I dunno how ive done :(
And between being ill, going to the concert and trying to do some of my assignment I completely forgot to sign in!
Ive been good all this week except for Thursday! Camped outside the Manchester Apollo (yes we went to see Nicki Minaj =D) from 10am untill 7pm and there was a Mcdonalds down the road so I ended up having a double cheese burger, large fanta and a mcflurry and afterwards I had a large coke... I know I should have opted for diet coke but I was so thirsty it was ridiculous. My mouth was dryer than Jesus' flip flop! And only a regular coke could sort me out lol.
Yesterday I was right back on track though! I had a bacon, onion, mushroom and tomato omelete with a side salad for brunch and then I made a gorgeous sausage and bean casserole to tea!!
Heres my recipe
Ingedients
Onion
12 linda mccartney red onion and rosemary sausages
1 tin of kidney beans
1 tin of butter beans
2 tins of baked beans (heinz are best!)
2 stock cubes (chicken, veg or beef)

Fry off onion and put in baking dish. Chop defrosted sausages into chunks and brown them off then add to baking dish and give it a good mix. Add the rest of the ingredients to the baking dish and give it another good mix. Pour in hot water untill its nearly covered the whole of the ingredients and mix again. Bake in oven on 180 (fan oven) for around 40 mins, stirring every 10 mins, untill thick and gooey! ITS AMAZING AND SYN FREE!!

Started today off with a fruit salad :) xxx

Was in work all day yesterday so I didnt get chance to post anything!
Ive been really good with my meals, been having loads of healthy slimming world stuff! But I just havnt got the will power lately to resist things sometimes :( like the odd bit of chocolate etc. Im disappointing myself to be honest! I dunno why im doing it because I want this weight loss more than anything!
Call me crazy but ive been looking into weight loss mantras and I came across this on another forum....

im going to give it ago! Maybe it will stop me from making them stupid mistakes!

Ur doing really fab so keep it up, I pick at unhealthy stuff all the time it's terrible! Just bad habits! Some people on here do pod things which u listen to when u sleep and they seem to do the trick. Have a good day xxx
 
I know the feeling, the past 1month I haven't had huge losses because I kept picking at little bits thinking ''it will do no harm'' and eating crisps again... big mistake! I got weighed in yesterday and after only losing 1.5lbs and being 1lb away from my 4stone award, I felt really annoyed with myself for not trying properly.
I am going to try and do alternative red/green days, I find doing EE makes me go off plan easier :eek: I find it hard especially when I go out into town with friends, they all go into McDonalds or somewhere and I feel like I am obliged to eat the same as them. You are doing fab Rach, especially when you are busy with uni. work! You will get there as long as you don't give up :) xx

Well I lost 1lb last week after a 100% week last week and have had another 100% week this week even keeping syns low as I went out Friday and my scales aren't showing any loss :( group tonight tho so will see. Was saying on my diary last week tho with still being off work with this bad back I dunno if that's affecting my losses. Just a bit frustrating tho! X

Sounds like a good idea hun ive heard a lot on here about those slim pods things and was thinking myself about giving em a go x
