Well Im off to have a look at the ever increasing ironing pile :sigh: I WILL get somewhere near the bottom of it this weekend (before the next 3 washer loads of drying make up the next pile :mad:)

This is why I dont iron stuff, unless I really need to. I HATE ironing. I used to iron for over 5 hours a week, what a massive waste of my time! The kids just squash stuff in their draws and ends up looking creased anyway, and most of my stuff never needs ironing (stretchy T's) unless its for a night out, so I just iron it then, just iron it when I need it now. I used to iron so much I got one of them steam press things lol.

Then I got ill, and realised what and incredible waste of energy I was expelling. I am so glad I don't have mens shirts to constantly iron anymore lol

Aww thanks Hun :D Im really up for a 100% week this week....I was soooo close to my shiney before Mexico-then it slipped 11lbs out of my reach with all the naughtiness :eek:;) so Im on a mission to bag it! Just wish I could do some exercise for a boost......so frustrating:cry:maybe if I iron really quickly? ;) oh just thought....thats just going to make me throw up lol:sigh:
 
My pompoms will be going nineteen to the dozen for you, Dizz.
And for half the week they'll be coming from the North, instead of the South. So you never know, that might be even better!
 
I'll be going through Yorkshire on the A1, so close-ish to the Dales, but not THAT close.

Off to Durham. One of my favourite places in the world. Not quite top, but close.

Im really not being very good on the water drinking just lately :mad: I MUST MUST do better!
bought some NAS lemon & some apple/blackcurrant squash today in an effort to get the intake up a bit.

Well Im sure I didnt imagine yesterdays white out (it was snowing ALL DAY and we had a real covering even in the morning when we got up) ......but its all gone today ! my little rain dance must have worked :D

Today is another EE day for me but its the not so nice tuna for tea (could be worse it could be real fish :eek:

B Oatso simple (golden syrup) HEB+1.5 syn + 1/2 HEA. 1/2 |HEA for teas 1 yellow plum

T tuna pasta salad. sweetcorn,peppers from frais, 1 tblspn xtra light mayo (1 syn), mustard powd, chives, side salad to serve
melon or pineapple for pud

maybe another choc option before bed if I still need a sweet fix
 
Afternoon Folks

Just back from My Pre Op assesment at Hosp for my Magic Ear.
Fog all the way there....snow all the way back :eek: settling over the tops too, but not too bad here in the valley now. Im all done & dusted, scanned, ecg, bloods, seen the nurse & doc and Ive said I will take a cancellation with 24 hour notice too if anything comes up.
Sooooo just got to wait now for the call/letter to arrive between now & april (this is going to drag so much :sigh:)

Food wise Ive been good - except I didnt have any brekkie as the blood tests were to be done whilst fasting so I couldnt eat :mad: I had some plums with me and a nana for after though.

late Lunch chicken, cous cous, salady stuff, yog/mint sauce

OH took it out of the freezer - so I guess this is what were having:sigh: peas carrots & new potatoes (or mash maybe but I will take mine out before the butter goes in)

Woke up this morning and my boobs were sore and I felt bloated......checked my diary.....yup its * week time :mad: bit gutted as I really wanted a good loss this week to try get my 2 st shiney, hoping it doesnt scupper my attempts.

Im so determined to get a loss despite * week Im even eating yacky nasty chuffing fish again!! Now if I dont get some results then its simply not fair

* week is getting me big time....I could fall out with myself today :sigh: Been to the docs to see them about starting some new tablets that pinderfields want me on for my migraines, my blood pressure is low ( theres a new one lol) so the doc says " have you noticed any dizziness when you stand up"? :rolleyes: I nearly asked her if she was taking the p!ss :eek:
Anyway Ive got to go back next week & have it checked again, it may just be something and nothing or it may be my 'head meds' doing it.
Got my prescrip for my other tabs to take when I do get a migraine to try stop it in its tracks.....but the chuffin chemist hasnt got any.....or any of my other head meds :mad: so Im not a happy hormone fuelled bunny......and Im all bloated too.

I Know !! I was flipping mad to say the least it isnt like I havent seen her before, so she knows my medical probs - stupid witch.....Im suprised my BP is low & not HIGH getting all stressed;)!!
Anyway back off my soapbox ha ha I really must calm myself down before my OH gets home......dont want to be a raging old bag with him too :rolleyes::p
