Love slow cooker meals, the curry was delicious and there's loads of it left, 2 portions for our tea tomorrow and at least 3 portions for the freezer.
So food today is EE:- I feel I've eaten a lot today!
B = banana & soft boiled egg
L = vegetable soup with some turkey in it, yogurt
S = fruit salad, latte (a) forkful of chilli noodle (1)
D = lamb curry, rice, butternut & salad

A = scan bran cake (b), berries, low fat vanilla carte d'or ice cream 1 scoop (2) I should've had two for 3.5syns and then I wouldn't have had the below maybe?
Supper = 6 cubes of dairy milk (9) I was disappointed I didn't stop at 3 cubes like I normally do.
Feel heavy going to bed tonight so I'll watch portions tomorrow.

Hello all I'm still here I've just been busy & distracted but all is well. Works been manic still is really too much work & too few bobbies, never mind. I'm at work until midnight so will post & catch up properly tomorrow. I've had some good news too! I got this today <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=173579"/> Very happy. I did wonder if I should be lighter but right now I'm really happy with my weight & I'm now in size 8's, (10 in jeans) I don't want to be a smaller dress size so I'm now TARGET Xx
