Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hmmmmmmm I've had lamb curry for tea, I put mine in the slow cooker so it was ready to eat when I got home as my tea maker is on lates!!! x
 
Love slow cooker meals, the curry was delicious and there's loads of it left, 2 portions for our tea tomorrow and at least 3 portions for the freezer.

So food today is EE:- I feel I've eaten a lot today!

B = banana & soft boiled egg
L = vegetable soup with some turkey in it, yogurt
S = fruit salad, latte (a) forkful of chilli noodle (1)
D = lamb curry, rice, butternut & salad

A = scan bran cake (b), berries, low fat vanilla carte d'or ice cream 1 scoop (2) I should've had two for 3.5syns and then I wouldn't have had the below maybe?

Supper = 6 cubes of dairy milk (9) I was disappointed I didn't stop at 3 cubes like I normally do.

Feel heavy going to bed tonight so I'll watch portions tomorrow.

Hello all, can't believe how late it is already. I hope everyone is well and has had a good day. I've been in work today 11-9 so only a little time in the morning then by the time I come home and get a bath it's near bedtime. Works been ok just very busy as always.

As for being at target Michelle, I'm just sticking to the plan as I know it, I never got round to reading my slim for life book but Jen said she sticks to the plan as normal without having the extra hex's so I'm doing what she suggests. I'm WI tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll have STS or a small loss so it'll be interesting to see what the scales say.

Otherwise Food is EE:-


B = egg, beans, mushrooms, courgettes, tomatoes, spinach and toast (b)

L = fruit & scan bran (4), latte (a)

S = banana & Apple

D = lamb curry, salad

A = fruit & yogurt, chocolate sweet (2)

Total syns = 6
Hex's = milk & bread

Good evening. Hi,eh sweet home, it's been an ok day today and quite warm this afternoon too.
At WI I gained 0.5lb which I was a bit sad about as I wanted to STS but as my C said you'll always fluctuate because we're not robots so not to worry about it. So I'm not.

I've one more shift to go before the bank holiday weekend and then off for 3 lovely days, whoop! Can't wait! I've no plans yet as I forgot it was a bank holiday and I'm a wee bit daft! Time to ponder

Food wise it's been an EE day:-

B = scan bran cake (1/3 of b) & fruit salad

L = vegetable & bean soup, Apple & grapes

S = fruit & latte (a)

D = vegetable soup with added butternut, peas & carrots

A = scan bran cake (rest of b) cornflake chocolate bit (3)

Total syns = 3 saving some for weekend
Hex's = milk & scan bran

Agree with hh our bodies will fluctuate and mentally it's difficult to get into the mindset that a gain isn't the end of the works like it is when you are losing. It's just your body and so long as you are within your target range it's fine

Hello all I'm still here I've just been busy & distracted but all is well. Works been manic still is really too much work & too few bobbies, never mind. I'm at work until midnight so will post & catch up properly tomorrow. I've had some good news too! I got this today <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=173579"/> Very happy. I did wonder if I should be lighter but right now I'm really happy with my weight & I'm now in size 8's, (10 in jeans) I don't want to be a smaller dress size so I'm now TARGET Xx

YAY congratulations on reaching target Cookie :). So chuffed for you. I'm back at my SW class and trying again :) Least I'm still slimmer than my heaviest but need to shift a stone to be back to where I was and go again. You myst be on cloud nine xxx
 
Hello, I'm home and off now for 3 days whoop!

I'm rather tired actually it's been a long day but eventful. I've been craving sugar today and have fulfilled that craving with chocolate. But I should be ok I've counted it!

Food is EE:-

B = boiled egg, apple & yogurt

L = vegetable soup, grapes

S = latte (a), 4x m&m's (3) hi fi light (3)

D = turkey & egg salad, mayo (0.5), pickles, butternut squash wedges, berries

A = berries & satsuma, hi fi bar (b), 3x cubes choc whole nut (4) brownie bite (4)

Total syns = 14 phew!
Hex's = milk & hi fi bar

I need to do a food plan this weekend, as not done it yet. Anyway time for a wee bath, catch you later xxx
