Hi LP...........just catching up and hope you had a rain free walk today as the weather in Lincolnshire has been really good :) for a change :giggle: .................on the idea of men, knew you weren't looking for one to live with, but one for the occasional evening is OK or don't their attributes matter on those occasions, well the ones we can list anyway :8855: :8855:

Ahhhhhh the occasional bit of rumpy pumpy?!?!?! I have a list for that too..............it's much shorter though :giggle:

Fanks :D xx

Afternoon LC - how you doing?

Evenink dhalink :D I'm doing good ta :D Really busy with year end crap at work, which is cutting into my minimins time big time, but still on plan, still keeping lauging cow in business and still a bit daft! LOL

I looooooove your shed!!!! If it were mine,I would kick the boys out and use it as 'my space' :8855: Your joiner son is fab! Is he married?? Does he want to be married?? Does he like older women?? :8855::8855:

You do make me smile :) What do you do as I too am stuck with Year End stuff to do :( seems never ending :(

When the boys leave home OH is claiming it .............suits me :8855: My joiner son is fab and has a fantastic sense of humour.......not he isn't married and not even courting (very old-fashioned term :giggle:) his standards are too high me thinks............:D...............will ask about an older woman :8855:

loving the 2 st award :D

gosh you miss a diary for a few days and there is talk of rumpy pumpy

its enough to make a girl blush :censored:

2 stone?? 2 stone?? I think you need to take your bahookey off to Specsavers my girl! It's 2.5 stone ta very much..................2 stone 10.5lb to be exact! :8855: Geeze! All that hard work and you miss a vital 7lb!! :8855:

Oh year end stuff will be the death of me.................every year I say that! lol I've done so many hours this past week I'm sure I've earned myself a week off in lieu :D Don't go spreading about but I'm *whispers* an accountant  I know we have a reputation as being anorak wearing geeks that are as dull as ditch water and have little or no sense of humour, but I'm trying to buck the trend! :8855:

Yes, you toddle off and ask joiner son what his views are on older women.................I shall wait right here to see if I have a chance :D LOL Oh and if you think his standards are high, I suggest you go read my 'man' list again! :8855:

WELL DONE Corky! that's fantastic!

Thanks Donna :D I pleased with my progress overall, just feel I've let myself down this week with a 1lb loss. Completely my own fault I hasten to add...........I got ambushed by wine and vodka on more tha one occassion. I have reported these crimes to the CID, but unfortunatley the only finger prints they could find on the bottles were my own :( Banged to rights, i think is the term they used :giggle:

I will sharpen my self defence strategies in preparation for the coming week....................after tonight :D:8855:

First of all, congrats on the 1lb loss...............know you a bit disappointed, but it all counts and is better than a STS and even better than a gain. Its all in the right direction and have you held 2 packs of butter recently?????/

Think you have been framed in the wine and vodka scenario.............................hope you are protesting your innocence..........loudly :8855:

OHHHHH we are in the same line of work, tho I work for the MoD....................will have to kill you now or get you to sign the official secrets act................shush :giggle: Problem where I am is that I'm the only qualified one in the office and working with total numpties :(.........but we won't go down that road again.

How have you seen joiner son? You can't see much of him on his joinery facebook page.................as you both have such high standards it may be a match made in heaven.................:8855:

Corky - that's exactly how I felt after my drunken binge last saturday but as I have just said to Dextersmum on Tinsel thread - you are inspirational, you've done so well and you are human so for a 3rd time around newbie like me, I empathise and use you as my role models because you are human just like me!

BTW - write a book you are hysterical! or maybe you should consider a new career in stand up comedy?

Have fab day x

I'm not in the habit of holding a block of butter in each hand LP, but yes, 1lb of greasy, slimy yucky butter certainly puts some perspective on my 1lb loss situation :D

Think you have been framed in the wine and vodka scenario.............................hope you are protesting your innocence..........loudly :8855:

I was thinking the same thing myself actually, but whoever committed this despicable crime managed to make sure mine were the only prints left behind  So any protestations, however loudly they are made, would be kinda futile :D I'm going to have to take this one on the chin - accept it and move on (with the help of my victim support worker) but with a little more vigilance in the future - I shall be keeping my eyes well and truly peeled to make sure NOTHING hops into my Asda trolley whilst my back is turned!! lol

I'm signing nuffink!! :8855: I brush shoulders with numpties on a daily basis too LP, but I don't work directly with them, if you get my drift :D I tell my numpties what to do and if they don't do it right (different departments are always trying to cook their figures for bonus/target purposes) I have the power (mhuuaaaaaaaahhh! pmsl) to 'bin' their culinary efforts, dish mine up and tell them to 'chew on that' :8855:

I don't know how you tolerate actually working with them :( I'm afraid I would be telling them they were useless  Mind, I'm a gobby sod! LOL

How have you seen joiner son? You can't see much of him on his joinery facebook page.................as you both have such high standards it may be a match made in heaven.................:8855:

I saw the back of his head, his bum, his power tools and the finished product of his aforementioned joinery skillsl :D What else could I possibly need to see??? Sold!! :8855:

Good morning Sunday!!

Today is the first day of my SW week and I'm going to be a very very very very good lass and post my food diary every day! I may even included pics! LOL I am determined to have a 100% on plan, alkihol (lol) free week :D After last night, where I drank most of my syns for the week, I deffo need to make sure I spend the rest on something useful to jazz up my meals :D

You might be human Donna, but if you could see me right now, you'd be retracting that statement quicker than the speed of light! :giggle: But, yeah, even though I might not look human this morning, I feel human so that's a positive, right? LOL

Donna I love a drink, and as long as I've got a pouring/drinking arm, I shall continue to use it :D Life (for me) would be very dull without a good drinking session with my friends.......every week :D lol Drinking slimline pop is not even an option - to get this weight off and make sure it stays off, it has to be done in a way that fits my lifestyle - SW fits my lifestyle perfectly. Mind, I might think differently if I start to struggle or lose motivation

I drink the bulk of my syns (I use mine weekly rather than daily) on a Saturday night. Usually there are plenty left to spend on things like gravy, salad cream etc during the week - last week my syns ran out before the drink did though, and saturday spilled over into sunday and wednesday!! lol But, hey, like you sad, I'm only human :D

I need to take myself in hand this week and get back to Saturday drinking only! I'm ready.......all cupboards have been searched, and any bottles found lurking therein have been forecefully removed and residual fumes banished! The wine cellar door is locked, and Jeeves (my trusty butler) has the only key and has been given strict instructions not to give it to me. If I beg/threaten (take your pick) he has been told to laugh in my face and say 'ner ner ner NO'! lol

I'm ready - bring on a good week! lol

Oh and btw, I can't be bothered to write a book, and wild horses wouldn't get me on a stage! I'm very shy you know :p :8855: But thanks for the compliments :D

Sounding determined and focused LC :) Hope Jeeves can resist the pleadings of a woman on a mission :8855:

Has Jeeves got a younger brother??? :giggle:

Jeeves is actually my son (Chris).......he is an only child (big child, nearly 20 ) .............he is a crap butler - dismal even...........but he's a gorgeous son :D LOL

That doesn't sound promising if Jeeves is a crap butler.............if that's the case, a woman on a mission will soon have said wine back in her hands :giggle:

We do love our sons don't we :D:D:D:D

He is a crap butler...............maybe that's why he's legged it? :8855:

We do love our sons LP :D Mine likes to put his chin on my head when he gives me a cuddle :D He's one of the very few people who makes me feel little! :8855: To think I used to bounce him on me knee :D lol
