I've popped over from slimming world. Am doing couch to 5k (just completed wk4) and have found my weight loss has really slowed down. Am considering giving ww a go and wondered if people on ww had found the exercise had affected their weight losses?

The odd lb here and there but thats about it! Hopefully we re toning up though but i still have a stone and half to lose! been really enjoying the running, was in a right panic the thought of doing 20 mins but even managed the 25 yesterday of week 6! I made the kids come out for a proper run with me the other day as i do mine on the treadmill and i was shocked how hard it is outside!I didnt take my mp3 and laura with me but i only managed to run for 2 mins at a time! It was soooo hard and i was gutted as i thought id be off jogging down the lane lol ! I feel i ll have to re do the whoe thing after just so i can do it outside, anyone else found this difficult?

Would it be good to do them alongside each other or would it be too much?
