hehe last time I measured I was a 50 G or something silly, i have lost a little from the back but still not enough for the sports bras, but good to know for when i get down to a more sensible weight

I hope you ladies dont mind me joining u on this challenge, i have started c25k 3 times now and had to give up for different reasons, really want to run Race for Life instead of walking it so hoping that you crazy ladies can keep me motivated. Will start day 1 tomorrow

Well done to you all for starting. I tried earlier in the year and was enjoying it until I hurt my knee. Make sure you are all wearing decent trainers as shin splints and overpronation can limit your enthusiasm! I will start again when I can buy some better trainers from a specialist running shop. I did mine 2 days in a row although I would've preferred not to and my legs are grand. I will space it out better next week I think as it starts to get more difficult. I still have Day 3 to do this week. Tonight maybe if I feel up to it
Oh no I read it too whenever I first started but have a hectic work schedule this week so wanted to make sure I got it done. I will be trying to leave a day between each one especially when the jogging starts getting harder. But I know what you mean... I wanted to do it the next day as well as I was just "in the mood" for some exercising. You've loadsa exercising now!! I dunno how your legs even work anymoreThink I read something about it not being good on the link in MrsMc's message above. But motor on whatever way works for you Sarah, you know your own body. I'd cry if I had to give up zumba you see as I find it great me time and great for stress.
I really wanted to do day 2 today though. Funny come tomorrow when I have to do it I probably won't wanna hehe.
