Wow well done everyone we are all doing so well, it's great!!
I go out first thing too as otherwise if I did it in the evening would probably never find time, again I get my boys to bed I am whacked, they never stop all day full of energy then I have to tidy the bomb site they created! It is better to exercise on an empty stomach as it burns up your fat stores if you had eaten it would be burning this off first and then moving onto the fat stores!
Sofartogo which model did you go for then, sorry I am so nosey but my god I love my ASICS they make it 100% more comfortable to run and like you I was getting awful knee pains, these have gone now as have the bad shin splints!!!
Did week 7 day 2 today, did it all on the beach walk (not the beach itself) but like a path all around the cliff, the sun was only low in the sky still, it was beautiful! I don't know how long I can keep the running up outdoors as by next month it will start to get really hot even by early morning, do any of you do it on a treadmill rather than the road? I realized this morning it's definatley my breathing that hinders me when running for 25 mins as my legs etc are fine, was trying to concentrate on deep breaths in and out but still had to stop twice for a drink of water, anyone else have this problem!
