I've been in the middle of postgrad submission dates this week but my final assignment is now gone so I am back on the running bandwagon!
I've decided i need a plan to keep motivated for the second half of the program, so this week i am going to do w4r3 on Tuesday, w5r1 on Friday, w5r2 on Sunday and then w5r3 on Tuesday. (I do WI on Wednesdays, Ice skating on Thursdays and Zumba on Mondays so its easy to let the running slip if i've got other things on!!) I figure if i've written it down and told you all i will make myself go.
Anyhow- so today i finished w4r2 which felt good even against the wind
