Week 6 Run 2 completed yesterday. I have started this a few times and never got close to this stage but this time I know I will finish it. I am away until very early on Friday morning so there will be no more runs until the weekend, but that is ok. I will pick it up again from there.
The long walks will really help you
@Sammie88 if you decide to go for it again. I think that is what made the difference for me this time. I was regularly doing 6 or 7km brisk walks. And my "running" isn't much faster than my walking
