I think that's the problem. If you take off the last bit (I'm presuming you mean the "[/QUOTE]" bit), then you also need to remove the "[QUOTE =...]" bit from the start.

It is much much easier to just copy and paste the list and update your stats in the process. Although I know you can't copy and paste in the app.

Think it's because anything in "[]" is to do with formatting - if you mess that part up then you mess up the whole format / layout of the post.
