I know I'm a bit ahead of myself in this post (13th), but this week I decided to let myself have a "week off" the plan. I've been feeling a bit bored and frustrated with Slimming World at the moment, and decided to let myself have a bit of freedom for the week, before drawing a line and making a fresh start on Wednesday morning (WI is Tuesday night). Full expecting a large gain on Tuesday night, but I am not feeling guilty about it at all. Will start again Wednesday as if I'm a brand new starter (without wiping my history) and as if it is my first ever week on the plan. Hoping that this little break will get everything out of my system and help me to rediscover the wonders of SW.
