Well done I too would say it's on plan. You went slightly over but was in control!
It's great there is still others counting too, last year I think it ended up been 3 of us! Lol. It really does help that little bit extra counting good days as you want to see your numbers go up and the scales go down! :) x

I would take it as plan too. My consultant says if you use more syns one day but dont over use syns for week you on plan . 105 syns for week , im sure you find way to get those 3,5 syns back =) or maybe already had day when you didnt use all syns :)

Thank you and good luck with buffes - dont be so sad , enjoy instead. If im honest , then the weeks where I had buffes - I always lose weight. I try to plan my week so that I dont use syns other days or very low syns and then I just go and enjoy buffe 110 % and guilt free =)
