My 100% is going to be no binging,no cakes,no biscuits. Stick to my eating plan and not over eat at any one meal until Christmas. Then have a blow out on Christmas day.

I guess last time I didn't really set out what my 100% would be really so that put me off... I guess I'll go with a simple 1200 calorie limit - no real boundaries on food items or I'll go crazy. I'm not looking to lose weight quickly (for a change...), so the odd off day shouldn't derail everything or stress me out.
