Iv just made smash chicken bits and tossed it in with fried onions an peppers crunched chilli an garlic!! Was FAB!!! Tastes like a takeaway but syn free!! upload a pic but don't kno how! Ha

Also made garlic mushrooms with it, I'd advise use all to try them!!

This is a fantastic recipe! I've tried it with chicken and with fish - brilliant results with both.

Loving the onion ring and garlic mushroom suggestions, going to try them next time especially since I had beaten egg left over so will use that up nicely.

Yes that's right. They are really yummy. You could do some garlic mushrooms with smash too x

Yeah just a tablespoon of light mayo with Cajun spice in-yum!!! Was lush with sw wedges xxx

Yeah I used loads of Cajun seasoning in mine xxx

It's sooo nice, my OH went back to his mums (who I go to slimming world with) and raved about how nice it was...and he is a typical "I don't want any of your diet crap" kinda guy haha xxxx
