Been to aqua aerobics today and body magic at work, turned on the music and go to it and feeling a bit knackered now! Have been sorted my meals as I find planning the key for me. The slow cooker is on bubbling away with the filling for a lasangne tomorrow night and will put it together so hubby can cook it while i'm at SW tomorrow eve. Mother in law to tea tonight so off to do my own cleaning! Little did I know when I took my nursing degree i'd spend most of my life cleaning, funny how things work out!

I know it's off topic but I just wanted to share. Our cat was knocked down and killed this evening on the road. The speeding driver killed two cats together outright. He didnt even stop. The driver behind said she couldnt believe how fast he was going through a small village. Hamish was just 3, my daughter is 11 and Hamish was her really special pet. She has been through so much this little girl, she is so brave, she came to us age four after suffering the most horrific abuse possible, this cat was her little friend and I am just so sad for her that I cannot take the pain away x
