Daily chat and general fun food time

Ah thanks! Yesterday must have been a bit of a write off, I had drinkies and pizza.. But back on it today even though I have a hangover

Breakfast: Banana, grapes, Hex B toast and scramble eggs

Lunch : diet iron bru, sliced turkey..

Dinner : steak and chips for dinner with mushy peas! :D

Cinema snacks: Water, 4.5 syn flake and Nachos (25 syns).. I tried so hard to resolve to be good but I couldn't resist! Better than any other day I've been hungover tbh! :)

Back on track today :

Breakfast : Banana, pear and yoghurt

Half an hour at the gym done today and feeling good. Had a look on the scales and my little blowout is showing! I'm not one of these people who can cheat sometimes clearly :p

Lunch : Healthy BLT : Hex b bun, turkey slices, lettuce, tomato and 1 triangle laughing cow (1 syn) with coke zero

Snack : Pineapple and orange. Tea (Hex A) and 5 morning coffee biscuits (5 syns)

Dinner : Starter : chicken in bbq sauce in actifryer (1 syn)
Mains: SW style bologna with pasta, bulked out with chickpeas and lentils

Snack : leftover Hex A tea and 3 syn chocolate

Ah thanks Pippa, I really needed to kick my hinny in gear! Wanting to lose these pounds soon.. I've 26 days till I go home and I'd like to have another little bit off.

Planning at the moment, having an indian/chinese tomorrow nights so getting ready. Thinking of making onion bajees and aloo gobi to take with me as well for everyone to share and it'll be syn free. Might get some chow mein as well..

So, planning on being relatively good today! Just had a peep at the oscars coverage online.. Some of the dresses are gorgeous! Esp liked Kelly Osborne and the Elle Saab shimmery dresses.. A girl can dream!


Breakfast : Weetabix, milk (both hexs), banana and grapes

Lunch : SW bologna with SW chips, on a bed of lettuce with 2 laughing cow triangles.. (2 syns)

snack: Tea (Hex A) and 4 morning coffee biscuits (4 syns)

Dinner : Not heading for a takeaway now. OH says he really wants a takeaway so I've made a fakeaway! Rogan josh from this months magazine.. gonna have it with some SW fried rice - basmati rice with added peas and carrots and egg :D Had some M&S prawn crackers as well (6 syns)

Snack : tea and 3 syn chocolate

Feeling good little miss, I went way over my syns there at the weekend but not letting it hold me down and powering through it! I realize that sometimes you do need a little time to recharge the batteries. I've not really went over my syns that much since I started so I'm hoping it won't get me down too much on WI day!

Just bought the new SW magazine as well. Its my lifeline really as I'm not able to go to group out here in the middle east!
 
I love the magazines!! Packed fill of recipes and for me, tbh, far better than going to group! I only ever went to group 3 times and it was really large so it was just 1.5 hours of sitting about clapping. My consultant was nice but not very helpful!

Must remind myself to look up my syns on here and on my PDFs of the meal I'm having out tonight!
 
Planning a good full on day today as well.

Breakfast : Hex B toast with scrambled eggs and mushroom. Banana

Tea (Hex A dash) plus 3.5 Alpen light bar while marking my students papers

Lunch: Leftover chicken josh and rice from last night with diet coke

Tea and 6 syns puff.

Beef chow mein (6.5 syns) plus chicken wings (3 syns) and cheesy bread (1o syns)

*Sigh* So I popped on the scales this morning as tomorrow is my WI and they show a huge gain. I know I've not had a great week but I honestly didn't think it was that bad!

Today shall be a red day in order to see if I can shift some weight before tomorrow.

Breakfast : Banana, grapes, sliced turkey. Scrambled eggs and hex B Bun. Water

Lunch : Lettuce, tuna and Hex A cheddar. Diet coke, banana and 3 syn chocolate.

Dinner : Steak with side salad and extra veggies.

Thanks! So I've decided what I'm going to do for my lentan promise this year : 100% SW. On SW you already give/moderate so much that if I said oh I'll go off chocolate I would probably be worse. So 100% SW for 46 days! Not going to be too hard and I will have one day off plan (Paddy's day ball).. Totally committing to doing myself a favor and reaping the benefits hopefully!!
