Daily chat and general fun food time

Thanks Pippa! I had two bud lights and then stuck to the soft drinks!

Today, me and the OH have no big plans!

Breakfast : Banana

Lunch : Was suppose to be a bacon sarnie but went to a little Italian around the corner Chicken penne all arribata and green side salad 4 syns incase of oil in sauce as I didn't finish the dish.. But it was lovely! :) Diet 7up.. And I refused all bread on the table!!!

Snack : Tea (Hex A milk) with 3 syn rich tea and 5 syn nature valley bar.. Gave OH other nature valley bar!

Dinner : Going to a BBQ tonight so I've bought steak and I still have my HEX B bun to use! Plan to make potato salad using extra light mayo (1 syn per portion) and eat the SW chicken skewers that I've made as well! :)

Hoping for a good day, if I have any drinks tonight, I might flexi syn and make sure to make it up during the week!

Hi all.. Busy busy.. Think I just ****ed up a job opportunity... So sick of it all at this stage

Breakfast : Dorset museli (Hex B), banana, ff natural yogurt

Lunch : Banana, 2 hard boiled eggs, tea with Hex A milk

Snack : Nature valley bar (10 syns) and tea (hex A)

Dinner : Pasta with bacon in a homemade tomato sauce with fresh garlic, onion, tomato, mushroom and peppers. Lots left over for lunch tomorrow as well.. Tea and 4 syns biscuits for afters...

Haven't got around to doing Insanity yet bt will be back on it tomorrow!

I'm liking you mini goal thinking but how about instead of saying you can't have something until you get to 11 stone, you say when you get to 11 stone you can have something. That way it will give you more incentive to get to 11 stone because you'll get a treat :) I know it is exactly the same thing but my mind would be more spured on by the treat at the target.xx
 
Maybe thats true little miss!! Things have been quiet here today, need to do up another chemistry paper.. Blah!

breakfast : Dorset museli (Hex B), ff greek yogurt, strawberries and banana

Lunch : Leftover pasta from yesterday and 3 syn chocolate

Snack : Grapes, tea (Hex A) milk, 3 syns biscuits..

Me and OH are heading to the indian tonight so it should be good.. Just got some important news so we need to have a big long chat I think... Its all good, I just don't want to be counting my eggs before they hatch :)

So I've been home for the week and yes, I overindulged! LOL! But I stepped on the scales this morning and they said 12st3lbs which I'm shocked at! I thought it would be much much worse, so I must have subconciously been doing SW in my head!!

Well I'm back on the game today. Feeling very very jet lagged today so my food might be a little off again!

Breakfast : Haven't had any, unless you count a diet coke :/

Lunch : Egg sandwich with Hex B bread...

Not really too hungry today.. My body clock still hasn't settled down!

Breakfast : Dorset museli ( Hex B ), activia yogurt and strawberries and banana

Lunch : White wrap with chicken, lettuce, tomato and low fat mayo

dinner : SW spag bol sauce : passata, onion, garlic, tomato, pepper, courgette..

Snack : 2 ryvita rye crackers and laughing cow cheese..


Most of my syns were on lunch but I'm making my own tomorrow! :D

Ah thanks doll, all went well! My eating didn't!!

Boss bought lunch for the office *sigh* just not good for the waist line.

Breakfast : Dorset museli, strawberries, banana and yoghurt

Snacks : 1 after 8 mint, 2 ryvita with laughing cow cheese spread and 1 homemade scone with jam

Lunch : 1 brown bread roll with tuna and mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion

Dinner : Homemade SW chips, beans and side salad

Looking over today, it wasn't awful. I didn't have any meat so it was a green day all round.. Just wish I could have stayed within my syns.. Couldn't be rude to my new boss when he ordered sandwiches!!!


But I'm definitely getting better. My sis in law and bestie are coming over for a few days this month as well but I am going to try and be as good as possible!
