Daily chat and general fun food time

Hey all!! Have been awol for the last couple of days!

OH sister is here and she is a clean living kinda girl so its nice to get a kick up the bum!

Breakfast : kiwi, banana and tea ( 1/4 hex A)...

Lunch/dinner : Spinach risotto in a leek reduction with grilled veggies and chicken (5 syns), strawberry and watermelon drink (must look up syns)

4 bud lights : 24 syns

Supper : Banana and pineapple, Boiled eggs and ryvita (hex B) with little cheese (1/2 hex A)

Not a bad day if you don't count the alcohol!

So yesterday I wasn't good...

Today going to the gym for the second time this week today
My thighs are super sore ATM..

Brekkie was egg sandwich on hex b toast with salad and 1 sun laughing cow..

Lunch will be lamb chops and salad with homemade potato salad..

So I ended up being sick most of the day after my lunch.. Not much left in my tummy... OH is going to make some pasta with tomato sauce for me to see if I can keep it down! I'm a lucky girl though to have someone to look after me...

Just read about the alpen bars changing recipe!! Super glad I didn't buy any yesterday!
 
Well today is off to a good start

Breakfast: peach and syn free yogurt

Lunch : Turkey slices, mixed leaves and potato salad.. 3 syns Some watermelon for pudding

Dinner: chicken fake away curry with prawn crackers.. 6 syns
It was okay but the yogurt split!! Gah

Think that I will have a slice of toast and cheese later to use up my hexs

Hey little miss!! Wedding plans aren't coming along any.. Work has taken over! I was foiled by some tuna and mayo.. Anyhow!!

Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs with hex b break

Snacks : 3 syn chocolate, water, diet coke, banana and pineapple

Lunch: salad with tuna and mayo.. Tried my very hardest to be good!!

Dinner : steak and I'm having my glass of wine!!
 
Hey littlemiss, I have my dress to get, cake to sort.. thats it!! Scales said 12st3 today.... ahhhhhhhh

Anyway it's silly to beat myself up about it.. Onwards and upwards.. So it's 492 days until my wedding and I have decided to make some decisions :
1. Stop worrying about how much it's costing
2. Begin to look forward to it!
3. Stop being scared of going to bridal shops to look for dresses

Food for today:

Breakfast : 2 eggs, scrambled with some mixed herbs.. Hex b toast and 1 and half grilled tomatoes
Cup of tea with milk (0.5 syn)

Lunch: heading out as it's my day off but hoping for a salad or baked potato

Update: had pasta with veggies and some tomato sauce.. Gonna count 2 syns just incase there was something lurking in the sauce but it seemed oil free!

Snack : tall Starbucks mocha with no cream semi skimmed milk (hex a milk)... Think it's 2 syns? Need to check as I know you can count the milk

Dinner: my homemade chilli con carne.. Been ages since I had it! Served with salad and small portion of air fried chips, pics below! Was beaut!!

Haha I had always thought you were getting married this September! You've got loads of time. 2 stone in just over a year is so doable. You'll be fine. Yes you do need to stop worrying and definitely look forward to it. Have a look in a few shops, it might just give you an added boost with the weightloss :) xx

Nope, thank god or I'd be even more stressed!! 16 months and 3 days to go!! I think it's the pressure.. Unlike other people, I head for the biscuit tin when under pressure!!

Showed one of my friends the bridesmaid dresses today.. I'm in love with them.. So pretty!

You are not alone with heading for the biscuit tin! I can't keep certain biscuits in the house as I know I will eat the whole packet!
Your dinner last night looks fab. I quite fancy some veggi chilli, might make it tonight. Since I've been back from holiday I've been craving rice, I think it was all the fatty food on holiday has made me want to eat healthier, lol!

Thanks Littlemiss, I know, its kinda pathetic! LOL

Today I am going to brunch with my hubby to be.. Plan on eating all of the salads, meats and other free foods.. Syns will be wine! :D

Breakfast : Beans on Hex B toast

Brunch (more lunch and dinner) : hopefully not too bad, I'll take pictures with my brand spanking new Iphone...

Well I tried first dish was salad, second was nibbly bits, pasta.. Then I tried turkey with veggies and followed up by mahoosive serving of dessert plus about 6 glasses of mimosa...

Can't move on the couch for the food bloat.. Feeling like a glutton and kinda sick now.. Going to have a wee snooze

Breakfast : hex b toast and eggs

Lunch : tuna Nicose salad, fresh pineapple and activia yogurt

Snacks pear and banana and 3 glasses water
Nature valley bar and kit Kat 15 syns

Dinner: lamb burgers, homemade chips in actifry, carrots, onions and mushrooms

Ah mate, I was the same yesterday, such a bad day for me foodwise and I wouldn't dare count the syns so I've just drawn a line under it and started again today, lol.
