Quick one:

Breakfast : Dorset cereal (hex b), activia yoghurt, grapes, banana

Snack : 3 syn biscuits and half syn for tea

Lunch: 4 syn crackers, 2 laughing cow (hex a), salad and boiled eggs and grapes

Snack : diet coke and 6 syn chocolate

Dinner : homemade beef curry from Petes recipe and white rice.

Doing well today and yesterday although I'm still not feeling the plan.. Sneak peek on scales shows no difference!

Hey good morning all! Got up nice and early today and ready to attack the day! Going to buy a piece of furniture for our new house, even though I've no idea where we will be living!! But it was a bargain and we will need it!

Breakfast : Dorset cereal, onken ff yoghurt, grapes, small banana

Lunch : leftovers from last nights curry with some rice

Dinner : planning a beef casserole as me and OH will be out most of the afternoon!

Got some biscuits an ryivitas if I get peckish..

Sorry I've not popped on your diary for a while. I've been so busy this last few weeks I've hardly been on here at all.
I know exactly what you mean, I have totally lost my mojo, I have hardly any motivation at the minute with it. I think it's because it's summer. I am plodding along but it's hard. Anyway stick with it hun and if you find your mojo please pass some my way, lol.xx
 
So I've decided to try something different and try to have mini goals as having the bigger goals is killing me!

Breakfast : tea (hex a) and banana

Lunch : hex b sliced bread (58g) and scrambled egg and some tea!

Dinner : spag Bol with salad

Got some fresh fruit salad in as well if I have the munchies, 7 syns for crackers and pistachio nuts (weighted out!)

Breakfast : Weetabix and milk with strawberries ( hexs)

Snacks: Alpen bar, tea and raisins (6 syns)

Lunch : leftover spag and salad! Small slice of carrot cake.. 8 syns

Dinner : chicken dinner tonight with as little syns as possible, 0.5 syn gravy and 4 syns on some stuffing.. Chicken made in the actifry, served with potatoes, carrots and peas. Twas lovely..

Trying to rein in the synnage.. Hoping tomorrow will be low syns to flush out the two high syn days I had!

Hey all!! Having a good day so far!

Breakfast : weetabix, milk and strawberries

Snack : tea and 2 biscuits (2.5 syns)

Lunch: baked potato and beans with yoghurt for afters

Edit : did have a good day until about 6pm...

Snack : pot noodle type thing? 9 syns.. Like wtf did I eat this for

Dinner : OH took me out : focaccia bread and fettuccine pollo for mains.. Full fat 7 up!! :(

So I put on a pound this week.. Totally deserved really!

Had a tiny bit of a bad day today but due to going to Lebanese restaurant for work meeting!

Breakfast : hex b bread and eggs

Snack : 3 gureline chocolates curtesy of work colleagues! Gah

Lunch : Lebanese mixed grill with small dollop of hummus and 3 pieces bread

Snack : 8 syn scone

We are heading out tonight to a night out. Tbh I am not in the form whatsoever for heading out but we promised some friends we would. Kinda hoping we can sneak off early.. I fancy a lie in at the morning!
 
Turns out I didn't eat anything for dinner last night and didn't head out so no more syns yesterday!

Today has been nearly on plan :

Breakfast : fruit salad and 3 syns orange juice ( I miss it in the morning!)

Snack : suppose to be Starbucks skinny mocha using my hex a milk (so technically free) but I wasn't fussed and through most of it out!

Lunch : one of the SW ladies made chorizo and pasta in tomato sauce for lunch with hex b bread and syns for homemade garlic butter on top (1 syn)

Snack: tea (counting it as leftover syn milk) with crisps (7 syns) and 4 syns of ice cream!

Tonight plan to make steak with homemade chips in actifry with "fried tomatoes" and any other veggies lurking in my fridge! Food shopping tomorrow!

after the antics I have been at lately! Today was the first day on plan in ages ages ages.. No cheating or tweaking!

breakfast : Weetabix, milk and banana (Both my hexs, have a little milk left!)

Lunch : Chicken Breast with rice and carrots and long beans

snacks : Banana and apple

Dinner : SW burger in a whole meal bun with lettuce and tomatoes :D

Syns : 3 for the spice rub on the chicken. 6 syns for whole meal bun for burger

*thinks I got my Mojo back*

Only 460 days to I get married :O

Day 2 on track!!

Breakfast : Weetabix and milk with banana ( both hexs)

Lunch : tuna salad with one syn laughing cow on side

Snack: tea and aero bubble bar (7 syns)

Dinner : have both chicken and mince defrosted so it'll be something nice! Had standard spag Bol but I measured out my pasta.. Think my portion sizes are way too big! Got plenty of leftovers for tomorrow..

One werther's original and a diet coke during game of thrones!

Planned most of tomorrow out, leftovers for lunch and fajitas for dinner! Plan to syn the wraps I have!

Day 3 on track and it feels good!! Turned down chocolate cake at work (even though it looked incredible!)

Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast (hex b)

Lunch : leftover spag Bol.. A lunch sized portion mind you and some salad on side

Snacks : 4 werther's originals s.f. 2 syns, cup of tea 0.5 syn for milk

Tonight is fajita night!! So looking forward to it! 3 tortillas are 11 syns, using my hex A cheese.. Topping with chicken cooked in a syn free sauce with lettuce and tomatoes! How good is that?

Oh went to IKEA today for me... Super happy and cannot wait to see what he is bringing back!!

Feeling better being back on track. Got a root canal, eh yuck, coming up on Friday. Before I would have went totally off track but I am going to make some tomato soup to have over the weekend and some things like mashed up veggies, potatoes, scrambled eggs..

Snacks : 2 syns of weathers originals

Add six syns on for the slice of bread I had and 2 syns for the lurpack! Steak was BBQ tonight... Had such a strong BBQ taste!! There wasn't an once of oil on it so counting as free! :D

All in all 17 syns today including 3 syns spent on biscuits earlier.... Still going strong as I have been below on my syns the last couple of days!
