Daily chat and general fun food time

Aaaah bubbly, i hear u infact ive joined u. I ate nothing but crap yesterday. Why cant we just be strong? Or skinny will do! Hope u have a better day. Are you working today? Sometimes work and routine helps. X
 
I do think I am retaining a little fluid as well as my limbs are all sore from football!!

Ive been pretty good today actually so I'm proud of myself!

Brekafast : all bran (hex b) and milk (hex a) and peach

lunch: Apple, tiny bit of my salad as I wasn't very hungry, 9 syns chocolate and orange

dinner : butternut squash soup with hex b roll..

Pretty sure this is an SP day, I checked all my S foods before eating today!

Tomorrow I am going to do an EE day followed by another SP day
 
Woke up this morning with full on ear ache! I'm bloody exhausted after not sleeping well last night!
Heading to see the ENT after work if I can get an appointment, don't want to be taking time off work.

Breakfast : all bran (hex b), milk (hex a) and banana

Lunch : 1/2 butternut squash soup, 1/2 chicken salad, no dressing orange and yoghurt

Snacks : 7 syns for chocolate and tea, banana, grapes and 7up free

Dinner : Spag Bol with side salad

Curly wurly 6 syns

Doing a nice wee easy EE day today because I honestly couldn't do SP today, I'm so grumpy already!!

Yeah, that's true I suppose! So I'm avoiding my kitchen for the rest of the night as I had 13 syns today!

Going to try another SP day tomorrow!

Breakfast : hex b all bran, blackberries (s) and milk (hex a)

Snack : watermelon (s) and 3 syn milky bar.

Lunch : hex b brown roll, orange (s) and apple (s) . 6 syn bar

Dinner : turkey curry hm (s)(p), made with some cauliflower rice (s) - this has changed! 2 hard boiled eggs, Alpen bar and tea 4 syns

Cheers bubbles! It's difficult to get motivated sometimes.

Today's food shall be EE!

Breakfast : All bran (hex b), milk (hex a) and banana

Snacks : Orange, Alpen light bar (3.5 syns), grapes - I am preparing for a rather tough day

Lunch : Grilled Chicken with rice and veggies 10 syns for bread and sauce

Dinner : Steak, baked potato and veggies, some diet coke

Up late for me this morning! Just on my way into work! I have a full day of pampering ahead after work - wash cut blow dry and colour, eyelash and brow tint and mani and pedi!

In my mission to be kinder to myself, I booked all my appointments yesterday! Very excited about getting my hair done! I think I'm going to go dark black.. My hair is naturally black/brown so I'm hoping it'll be striking!

On a NSV level, I bought some new jeans and they were pretty snug around the waist.. Now they fit a bit more comfy so at least I know my tummy isn't as bloated!

Here's what the food is looking like today!

Breakfast : all bran, milk (both hexs) with banana

Snack : leftover milk with curly wurly (6 syns) and grapes

Lunch : Subway salad with grilled chicken - ha ha ha - this didn't happen! So I had 1 hard boiled egg and a free yoghurt, I was really busy!

Dinner : airfryed chips and beans - I was too tired to cook!

Hi all!

So the Saudi king died so apparently I have Sunday off, I'm not going to complain!

Breakfast : all bran and milk and banana (both hexs)

Lunch : Alpen light bar (3.5 syns), fruit salad, water

Dinner 6.5 syns tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes and home made chicken sauce

Snack: milkybar (3 syn) and tea 1/2 Syn

So I'm heading to a baby shower today! Not sure what type of food will be at it but I will make good choices!

Breakfast: all bran, banana, grapes and milk (both hexs)

Lunch: 4 Oreo cookies, tea, half bag chips, thin slice of white chocolate cheesecake, mini quiche, 1 quarter of a sandwich and a marshmallow..

Dinner: gammon, butternut squash chips and cauliflower and carrots on side with some gravy


Had a pretty bad day at the baby shower.. There wasn't one bit of fruit or any syn free foods there! Kinda disappointed I didn't reel it in more.

Saying it will definitely show tomorrow on the scales

Been thinking a lot about my Weight loss goals so I thought I would pop them down :

By Feb 22 I really want to have gotten my 1 stone award! I know I can do this, I just need to hold myself together!

By 5th April, I'd like to be 11st going home for my hen party! It's a tall order but I think I can do it!

Definitely going to use EESP plan this coming week, maybe all week actually and see if it gives me a bigger loss! ☺️
