Ha ha ha totally back to normality today! Going to do an EESP day in order to prevent my WI tomorrow being a disaster!

Breakfast : so far dioralyte and 1 alpen light bar (1/2 hex b)

lunch: hex b roll with salad and 2 boiled eggs with 1 syn of laughing cow cheese

Diet coke and curly wurly 6 syns

Tea, 1/2 Alpen hexb with 4 syn M&S popcorn

dinner: gotta be chicken pizza with butternut squash chips and carrot mash

Milk was off this morning - yuck!!!

Breakfast : strawberries and banana

Snack : pineapple and options hot chocolate (2 syns)
Lunch : meat kebab with rice and herbs and tomato (6 syns)

Snack : 3 syn bar chocolate

Dinner : plan to have a cheese burger as I didnt have my hexs earlier! Decided on a tesco veggie burger with salad and cheese!! (1 syn)

Thanks for the well wishes guys. It's quite sore today and I'm in work I honestly just want to be at home in my PJs but as we are a small office, if I'm not here, the work doesn't get done.

Breakfast : alpen light bar (hex b 1/2) and banana, 2 laughing cows (hex a) and 4 rice cakes (4 syns)

Lunch : 3 syn lolly pop, rice chicken lemon and herbs, 1/2 half hex b alpen light

Snack pineapple, boiled egg

Dinner bowl of soup and 6 syn chocolate

Hi all! Busy day at work today, Heading to the rental place to get my permanent car for the year! Whoop!

Breakfast : bran flakes (hex b), milk (hex a), strawberries and banana

Snack : Orange, 3 syn chocolate and 1 alpen bar 3 syns

Lunch : homemade tomato and bean soup and pineapple

Snack : 6.5 syns for curly wurly and tea

Dinner: random one! Strawberries and 2 spoonfuls of my cous cous for tomorrow

So instead of wallowing in self pity about my ankle I got up and made my foods for tomorrow!

Breakfast : berries with all bran and milk (both hexs)

Snack : 3 syn alpen light and leftover milk in tea

Lunch : Orange and tomato veggie cous cous! Really looking forward to this as it tastes amazing! :D

Snack: half quest protein bar (eh these are yuck) 4 syn and cuppa

Dinner : We go out for steak so steak, baked potato and veggies (3 syns)

Even have enough room for another wee snack if I need it!

Hi all!! Another day another dollar! Nearly at the end of the week, thank gawd!

Breakfast : hex b toast with spagetti hoops

Lunch : tuna salad - got them to put the sauce on the side

Snack : purple snack 6 syns, 3 syn chocolate, teas (hex A) and yoghurt

Dinner: salmon with paprika, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots and noodles in a soya sauce

Hi everyone!! It is the weekend here and I totally need it!

Heading to a 1st birthday party today so will try and be good the rest of the day. Planning on trying not to eat too much!!

Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs, total 0% Greek yogurt with added strawberries and apricots

Lunch : 1 Rice Krispie cake 3.5 syns and lots of fruit, diet coke

Dinner : would love to have enough syns leftover for a Thai green chicken curry, from a M&S be good to yourself jar and rice

Snack : hex b Alpen lights and tea (hex a) milk
