Delighted I had my first proper 100% day yesterday - no cheats!
It's like a switch in your brain and you just have to switch it on as they say! Gemsta, I've really struggled last few weeks. I know why I am I just need to cop myself on.
Currently looking for somewhere new to live, it's boring me no end

Today's food! Aiming for 100% again today! One day at a time..
Breakfast : hex b bran flakes, hex a milk, banana
Snack : 7 up free, orange, 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 syns wine gums
Lunch : not much as I'm full ATM - probably yoghurt and berries - I had yoghurt and lollipop 2.5 syns
Dinner : SW spag bol
Snacks : 3 syn hifi and 4 syn wine gums. NAS squash
