Daily chat and general fun food time

On plan today and I hope to stay on plan!

Yesterday I tried a Krispy creme doughnut - which to me, just tasted of sugar! Not sure why people rave about them?

Breakfast : hex b bran flakes, strawberries, hex a milk

Lunch : 4 syns wine gums, 7 up free and 2.5 syn lolly

Snack : hifi (3 syns) and orange

Dinner : chicken curry with rice (with extra veggies) - made myself!

Hiya Natasha... Just getting round to catching up with everyone. Hope you had a nice trip home :)

Seems everyone is really struggling to get back on plan properly since Christmas...me included :)
 
Delighted I had my first proper 100% day yesterday - no cheats!

It's like a switch in your brain and you just have to switch it on as they say! Gemsta, I've really struggled last few weeks. I know why I am I just need to cop myself on.

Currently looking for somewhere new to live, it's boring me no end :( wish someone else could do it for me

Today's food! Aiming for 100% again today! One day at a time..

Breakfast : hex b bran flakes, hex a milk, banana

Snack : 7 up free, orange, 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 syns wine gums

Lunch : not much as I'm full ATM - probably yoghurt and berries - I had yoghurt and lollipop 2.5 syns :)

Dinner : SW spag bol

Snacks : 3 syn hifi and 4 syn wine gums. NAS squash

Ahoy! Hoping for 3rd day on plan. My tummy has been very upset this morning - not amused. Usually SW gives you a better tummy.

Breakfast : hex b bran flakes, hex a milk, banana

Snacks : grapes, hifi 3 syns and 2.5 syn lolly pop

Lunch : will be leftover spag Bol

Dinner : OH's birthday so going to an Indian tonight. Debating where to take him as he can be very picky eater!
