3coffees +0%milk (maybe 100ml)

1st day attack
B: Boiled egg and roast beef soldiers + cup of tea
S: Water and muller light vanilla yog
L: Chicken in lemon and garlic with cottage cheese
S: Oatbran porridge
D: Oven roasted salmon with king prawns (might make some mayo with yog and lemon juice but dont know)
Lots of water and 1/2 pint diet coke + more tea (which i take with a dash of skimmed milk)
