PV day
B- oatbran porridge
L- couple slice smoked salmon, then lunch out (not dukan friendly) smoked chicken, smoked ham, smoked sausage & large mixed salad with honey & mustard dressing very yummy
D- red onion omelette
 
PP today
B - Warm Spiced muffin with quark icing (yummy, can't wait!)
L - Ham mini quiches x 4
D - Mince with lots of garlic and 1/2tsp chilli powder
S - SF Jelly
 
Put a wee bit of quark in a bowl with 1/2tsp sweetener and vanilla and mix. Spoon over a warm muffin. Bliss.

D- 2 plaice fillets

L - 100gms turkey/100gms lean ham with dukan maya vinagarette
D - 2 chicken breasts/prawns tossed in garlic/1tbspn oat bran/chilli and dukan bbq sauce/ 1 muffin

L: Tuna w/ balsamic vinegar & 1 sugar-free jelly

D: Chicken breast w/ quark

L - Dukan tuna/cheese pizza, custard
S - fromage blanc
D - prawns, roast chicken

PV conso + carbs Friday

B - porridge, fruit
L - left-over chicken, green beans, fromage blanc
S - strained yogurt
D - soupe au pistou without pasta (but with haricot beans and small amount potato - carb/bread portion and parmesan cheese)

B: Bits of herby turkey & 2 scrambled egg whites

L: Cumin & paprika grilled chicken breast

D: Mince sausages

& my oatbran porridge as a pudding!
