I'm on cruise and I try to implement the PP Thursdays ( les Jeudis protéinés) that Dr Dukan recommends.
Today, I had tuna with green onion and balsamic vinegar.
Later, I had chicken breast with yogurt.
I just had a streamed Royal Mix ( broccoli, cauliflower and carrots).
And now I'm just having some more tuna in brine with balsamic vinegar.
I eat a lot, everyday.
I wanted to add that I'm gonna have my bran pancake (for the first time with chocolate flavoring) and I also have pumpkin in the oven.
It's been a long day....
PV day
B - 2 muffins
L - prawn salad/ few pieces of BNS/ high protein biscuit bar (naughty I know!!)
D - baked prawns tossed in chilli/1 tblspn oatbran/ garlic and Chicken and BNS curry (smells divine!)
Prawns twice cos they were going out of date! BNS twice as left over from Wednesday - high protein bar part of my order from low carb store and actually had 3 gms of carb and 5 gms of fat - sorry a real moment of weakness!
PP day yesterday for me,
B - 2 muffins
L- beef meatballs with extra lean bacon and dukan bbq sauce
D - chicken and turkey with rest of bbq sauce/ 2 muffins
Playing catch up
PP day Sunday
B - 2 muffins
L - Chicken chunks in curry (just ate the chicken avoided the sauce)
D - fillet steak and sherataki (?) noodles - not sure about them??? Dijon dressing. 1 muffin
Today PP day
B - 2 muffins
L - 1/2 chicken
D - chicken/prawn/squid in thai sauce but avoided sauce and picked out meat - left the veg which was v hard! 2 muffins
