Conso day 1
B: 3 rashers turkey bacon, 2 boiled eggs
(3 further rashers binned as I forgot them )
Snack: dukan porridge. One apple
L: 50-60g slice whole meal bread with 35-40g cheese (cathedral city low fat) and a venison burger (plus a further venison burger on its own)
D: stir fry (bean sprouts, lean mince, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, mushroom, spring onions)
Snacks: 2 sf jelly
Enjoying that I can cook for 2 days in a row! Although I'm worried about adding these items to my diet im only adding 200-250 cals. Because of this I won't weigh for 2-3 weeks, even a month just in case!
