Ok so performed my own "weigh in" meeting ;)

I'm 18st 1lbs on my mums scales. So here's how I see it, next week will show a bigger loss right?! I'll definitely do my 5% next week. In a bit ;( to be honest. There's a lot going on for me right now and while I'm not struggle with food at all I quite fancy a little binge!! Ah I dunno. Mayb I just need something nice to do! I think I need some attention and to do something fun!

I only tend to eat on average 15 weeklies a week at the moment and have good losses last week I ate 21 and only lost 1lb so maybe play around with the amount of weeklies you eat if you want to boost your losses abit? It might work.

Hi Nessa! Thank you! I'm within spitting distance of my first stone with ww. It's taken a while.

I can't get my head round these weekly points. I try talking to my meeting leader about it and she just implies I loose more when I eat more! Technically correct. The 2 weeks where I've pretty much maxed out my weeklies I've lost 2.5lbs. This last week I had 17 left and I'm baffled.

It is aggravating, ESP as a science teacher I just want to know how and why and max on it! I have stepped up my exercise- 3 activity points a day (gentle walking!) and not eating it.

Stay focused hun you can so do this 100% this week and you will see the reward on the scales.
Can you not have a little cheeky girlie night out? A few vodkas and diet coke or Malibu and diet coke my fav!! (a double Malibu and diet coke is 3pp!, it's 2pp for a single)
Have faith in yourself you can do this xxxx

If eating them all is what works for your body hun then stick to it!! Only try and alter things if it slows down. Go with your body and listen to what it is telling you xxxx

Omg Nessa you are so amazing! I usually do vodka but I love Malibu! Massive fan of a malibu and pineapple. I need a girls night out but my only girlfriend is a bit broke so I normally pay and because of where we live it normally involves a hotel stay so it's £80 before weve got started but I might need that! As a 1.5st loss celebration!!!! Xx

It's all a pickle as I need to move to e nearer to work. Last academic year I was driving 100miles a day on top of a full teaching timetable plus extra curricula bits. It's a killer. We need to swap council houses and it's STESSSFUL!!!!! I'm flapping and pushin for it to happen. It will be ok but it's all where will we live, his job, my car (crud!!) and money and all happening at once. You're totally right I need to blow off some steam. Wanna be a tiny bit lighter and go out dancing and feeling great! Xx

Seems to be in cycles-2.5,1.5,1,2.5,1.5 and this week technically 0.5 but really 1.5. Very strange. I need to move more most definitely! Need to get my head round it and motivate myself! X

I've hardly done any exercise since I started, tackle one thing at a time Hun get your weeklies sorted then think about upping exercise xx

P.s they are fab losses. Don't expect too much. They say on average 1-2lb a week so you are doing amazing. Putting too much pressure on yourself to push harder will only cause you stress.
Trust me when I say you are doing brilliantly xxxx

I agree..they are all good losses and like Nessa says..change things as and when..when you're comfortable with it,presssure does not help :0)
