I Also love the fact you noticed it more because of ur weight loss you are doing this and you are losing weight and it is showing xxx

Didnt make it to weigh in today. But naughty really. I'm going to try to go tomo but it's not looking good. Scales are showing anythin from sts to a couple of lbs gain. I haven't gone of the rails and I haven't gone crazy. I used everything bar a few activity points last week. And tonight might have eaten a sausage and a handful of chips from the chippy. Which is definitely going to show on the scales.


To hit my own Xmas target I need to loose 1.75 per week which I am doing at the mo. my aug target I suspect is out of the window. God I'm stressed. What a shitty week.

I don't really want to go to another meeting tomo and explain any sts or gain :-/ I need a shake up and to start making some better choices. GAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rest of day was good ta daisy, got bought flowers and had fajitas for dinner and an early night- I've hardly slept for 4 nights with worrying. Think the diet has gone pfft without me meaning it too. Haven't eaten crazy. Just within points. But I think it's gone a bit bad :-/ need food ideas that are easy and not going to break the bank. Come on girlies..... Xx

Leave weigh in until next week hun, you have had so much to deal with you don't need that stressing you out too.
Stay on track and stick to plan and those scales will show you a loss next week. Xxx
 
aw hun, weeklies are there to be used and sometimes the inches drop off when the scales refuse to budge x You have to eat an excess of 3500 cals to gain 1lb which you can't have done while on plan so it can't be a proper gain :) hope you manage to get some proper sleep, and stop worrying!

ww snacks are always good if you feel the urge to be bad, cereal/toast etc, wholegrain carbs and lean proteins to curb your appetite! Keep yourself busy so you aren't boredom-eating! Aim to make at least 1 healthier choice when offered/tempted by a naughty one and take it one step at a time :) you've stuck to the plan so be proud that you haven't jumped off of the wagon completely x Nothing wrong with sausage and chips now and then ;) I'm sure you can still make your Christmas target, I believe in you! You're strong and you've done so well so far, don't give up now!
 
I was kinda hoping this weeks wi might have been a whoosh 5lb-er! As I only dropped half a lb last week.


You're all totally right! Thanks you! Nessa, I will leave it til next week. Might go for a swim and a walk tomo. I never have tracked activity pouts but started this week- good job I did! Made everything fit with some spare! And no def haven't done that many calories! So I should be fine! Going to up my exercise and cut the weeklies this week. Xx

Aw lovely news about the flowers :0) I hope the early night helped.As been mentioned,leave wi till next week,You've had a stressful week.Stay focused.Mince is cheap and you can make so many different types of meals from it.Think of meals you do like and go from there hun :0)

Just remember Hun that you may need more weeklies if you up the exercise :0) a walk and swim tomorrow sounds good :0)
